Here\u2019s a little about us. We are located in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. WCR was established in 2023. I was an avid whitetail deer hunter, till one day a buddy took me duck hunting and I was hooked. It wasn\u2019t long until I realized I needed a retriever. After extensive research I made the decision to get my first duck dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. It was then I found my passion for the breed and for training dogs. I enjoy watching a puppy learn and excel into an excellent well behaved duck dog.
Our goal is to breed healthy, good temperament Chessies and train Superb gun dogs.<\/p>\n
